Who has housing developments named after them?

Having built numerous houses for family with his brother Warren, Lloyd was also busy building subdivisions for his business Tucker Construction Co. A few of these were named after his children. There was Preston Heights, named for his son Ronald Preston and Pamela Terrace, named for his daughter Pamela Marie. I thought maybe Wesley Terrace was named for his brother Wesley Charles, but I found it was built by a different company.
